[EN] Nice light and pleasant.
[EN] Lovely white tea! I tried the silver needle and it was good but I like this one even more. It’s a bit sweet and not bitter at all. I would buy again!
[EN] Really nice! Prepared it two ways: First, similar to the package instructions, 6g @ 195f for 3 min using ~150ml in a covered Japanese stoneware bowl. Resulted in warm, wicker, light honey notes with very light astringency. Pairs beautifully with white chocolate and macadamia nut.
Secondly, I followed a recipe from Modernist Cuisine: 8g @ 158f for 7 min using 200ml water in a covered glass teapot in a makeshift waterbath (basically a tall plate that a poured the same temperature water into). This resulted in a very nice, full-bodied, sweet-savory tea with a surprisingly thick mouthfeel. Not something you associate white tea with--more often found in gyokuro--but delicious nonetheless.
What this means is that this tea is very flexible in its brewing methods, delivering delicious results. Give it a try!
[EN] I have repeatedly purchased this tea since I found out the tea on this site. the aroma is just lovely and refreshing, my second favorite green tea next to Long Jing (dragon well) tea!
[EN] I like it. The taste is sweet and fresh. The smell is great too. It does not hurt my stomach like green tea.
[EN] This tea gives me the boost I need to support my very busy life style, im almost 59 yrs old and can out work and play people half my age. I take other natural products aswell but this tea is a key part of my diet
