Our large-leaf Hong Yu White Tea is a craft tea and is a cultivar of the tree, which translates as “Red Jade” or Ruby. Our Hong Yu White Tea was processed with minimal handling, from handpicking to allow for the large, delicate leaves to remain intact to drying; these leaves are handled as little as possible to ensure the freshest taste possible.
