Shui Xian Oolong

Shui Xian Oolong Tea is a variety of Wuyi rock tea produced in the Wuyi rock tea region in China’s beautiful Fujian province. With a mild climate and abundant rainfall in the Wuyi Mountain range, it is situated more than 1000 meters above sea level. Most of the tea gardens in this region are located in rock gullies and caves, surrounded by mountains as a barrier. These natural conditions create the unique charm and flavor profile of the darkest of the dark oolong “Wuyi rock” tea.
